Starting as a mechanic at Beechwest maintenance in Hayward, Victor Cushing was quickly able to establish his own company which has become Mather Aviation. With four locations throughout California he is proud to provide an exceptional level of service to his customers.

A longtime Mather Aviation employee, Quinten House came on board as a teenager and has risen to a leadership role with the company. He oversees the maintenance operations across all of our locations.
